Why we’re different
All Rudders & Paynes surveyors are fully qualified relative to their specialist fields, qualifications held include CSRT (Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments), CSSW (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing), HNC/C (Higher National Certificate/Construction.
Rudders & Paynes are members of the PCA (Property Care Association), originally the BWPDA of which Rudders & Paynes were one of the founder members. We are also members of the GPI (Guarantee Protection Insurance) and are a Trustmark registered contractor.
We have worked for regular customers throughout the country but our main focus has and probably always will be, on properties in and around the Midlands.
